Scott – A skilled tradesman with years of experience, Scott is the one you’ll see on the tools. He also handles quoting and site visits. With his hands full working in the field and preparing quotes in the office, we do our best to get quotes out as quickly as possible. If you have a question Layla can’t answer, Scott will personally contact you. On his days off, you’ll likely find him enjoying a round of golf.
Isaiah – Our first-year apprentice, Isaiah is a respectful, hard-working young man with a genuine eagerness to learn. He shows up each day ready to give 100%, takes direction well, and isn’t afraid to get stuck into any task. Outside of work, Isaiah plays rugby league, bringing the same dedication and team spirit to the field as he does on the job. He’s a great fit for the Francis Air team, and we’re excited to see him grow with us.
Layla – Layla handles bookings, invoicing, and customer communication to keep things running smoothly. Coming from a nursing background, Layla has taken on a completely different role with new routines, responsibilities, and ways of working. It’s been a big shift, but she’s focused on learning, adapting, and growing with the business. From time to time, she may be out on the road helping the team or delivering parts, so if she misses your call, she’ll get back to you as soon as she can. We appreciate your patience and support as she finds her feet in this role.
